  • Additional services are requested
  • The size or scope of the project changes

Payments

  • Payment terms will be communicated prior to service
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with reasonable notice
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Briight reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property.

If access is not provided at the scheduled time:

  • The appointment may be cancelled
  • A service fee may apply

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

  • Secure or remove valuable or fragile items
  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available

7. Satisfaction and Service Quality

If you are not satisfied:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours
  • We will review and address the issue appropriately

Briight takes care in delivering all services. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
  • We are not liable for unsecured fragile items
  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
